He has been a member of various professional organizations, including the Istanbul Bar Association and the Audit Committee at Istanbul Stock Exchange. Haselçin has held several positions, such as board member and manager at various companies, legal advisor at the Turkish Capital Markets Association, and general manager and board member at various stockbrokers. He has also worked as a commentator at BloombergHT TV and a columnist at Habertürk Newspaper. Haselçin has written articles on capital market and stock exchange for various journals and newspapers, as well as research reports on accounting standards, consolidated financial statements, and investment funds. He has conducted a proficiency study on the capital market and secondary market in Turkey and has completed a postgraduate thesis on the Kaydi system in the Turkish law system. He is currently working on his PhD thesis on stock splits in stock companies.

A graduate of Ankara University Faculty of Law, Bülent Önder started his career as a self-employed lawyer in 2016 after serving in various positions in the TRT Inspection Board for 29 years. Master's degree in radio and television from the International Academy of Broadcasting in Switzerland; He carried out his doctoral studies at the University of Westminster. Bülent Önder, an intellectual and industrial property expert, also works as an expert in courts in these fields. Emre Birak, born in 1987 in Adana, Turkey, is a finance professional with expertise in financial modeling, risk management, and derivative instruments. He was the first Turkish student admitted to the Department of Economy at the National Taras Shevchenko University in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2005. After completing his undergraduate education in 2011, he worked as a financial analyst at Teletrade International and Granan Trade, and provided independent consultancy services to international institutions. In 2018, he became the founding partner of Fibo Investment & Financial Consulting Co. and provided financing for various projects in Turkey. He also led the establishment of Financial Offices that integrated the financial processes of the Istanbul and Adana Metropolitan Municipality, and Istanbul/Beşiktaş Municipalities with the Private Sector. In 2020, he co-founded Contra Health and Tech VC the first health-themed VC in Turkey. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of THEİA Optical and Defense Industries Inc. Emre Birak has given conferences on financial literacy and has published articles in various national journals of economy.
Kerem Kapancı is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and international business. He holds a BS from Georgetown University and has played pivotal roles in companies like Bain & Co, Turkcell, and more. He's had a significant impact as the CEO of Consortium Companies, contributing to the establishment of the Turkish Sovereign Wealth Fund. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of A1 Portfolio Management Company and on the boards of Pardus Venture Capital Investment Trust, Turk.net, and others. He's the Managing Partner of Focus Global Project, specializing in M&A and financing, and invests in tech startups. He also engages in non-profit activities, chairing Georgetown University's Alumni Admissions Program in Turkey.

He was born in Bor in the year 1942. In 1960, he graduated from Istanbul German High School. In 1966, he received his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hannover Technical University. In 1968, he completed his second Master's degree in Business Administration at the same university. In 1968, he started working as a specialist at Koç Holding Industrial Coordination. Between 1969 and 1971, he completed his military service as a reserve naval officer. He returned to his position at Koç Holding. In 1992, he was appointed as the General Manager and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkish Airlines (THY). In 1993, he was appointed as the President of the Public Partnership Administration. After the passage of the Privatization Law No. 4046 in the Turkish Grand National Assembly, he resigned from all his public positions in 1994. He returned to the private sector and worked as the Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Hürriyet Gazetecilik ve Matbaacılık A.Ş. and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doğan Holding for a year. In 1996, he founded INVESTA Inc. to provide strategic consulting services. He also became a partner in EVG Investment Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Board for both companies. He provides consultancy services for several organizations. He is a member of TÜSİAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association). He served on the board of directors of this organization for a period. He is also a member of DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey), Turkish-American Businessmen Association, Istanbul Rotary Club, Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation, and similar professional organizations. He was honored with the title of 'Honorary Commander of the Order of the British Empire' by the Queen of Great Britain. He is married and the father of two daughters. He is proficient in English and German.

She has experience as an Education Consultant and as an ESOL, Kindergarten, and Second Grade Teacher for Clayton County Public Schools.
Dr. Bob Roohparvar – Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Batteroo – With over 35 years of electrical engineering and entrepreneurial experience, Dr. Roohparvar is no stranger to disrupting the power management industry, with a prolific patent portfolio. Prior to Batteriser, Dr. Roohparvar served as CEO and President of Flexpower, a subsidiary of Flextronics. After being told it couldn't be done, Dr. Roohparvar and his team re-designed the original iPhone charger, reducing size by 40% and creating the smallest charger in the world. Prior to Flexpower, Dr. Roohparvar served as Vice President and General Manager at Broadcom, in charge of their Power Management Business Unit. In addition to launching Batteriser, Dr. Roohparvar is also a professor at California State University, East Bay, teaching computer science and computer engineering classes. Dr. Roohparvar received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
